The French grammar checker that reads like a native colleague
Paste an email or a message you wrote in French. You get the three things that would make a French colleague pause — the anglicism, the wrong register, the construction that gives you away — explained. Not spelling: your spell-checker already does that.
Your text is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to be analysed and is not stored by Nuancora. Up to five checks an hour, about one email each. Privacy · Mentions légales
Questions
- Is this a spell checker?
- No. Spell checkers like Antidote or Scribens are better at spelling. This reads your French the way a native colleague would: anglicisms, false friends, the wrong register, constructions that sound translated — and explains each one.
- Is it free? Do I need an account?
- The checker is free and needs no account: paste up to 1,500 characters — about one email — up to five times an hour.
- Do you keep my text?
- No. Your text is sent to Anthropic (Claude) to be analysed and is not stored by Nuancora. We keep only a count and the cost of each check.
- Does it work for English too?
- Yes — it detects whether you wrote in French or English and answers in that language. It is built first for people who work in French without being native speakers.
- What is the full Nuancora coach?
- The coach does the same for your voice notes, emails, practice conversations and your side of meetings, and remembers which mistakes are yours, rule by rule, until they are gone. It is invite-only while it is being tested.
